Designed for older adults and anyone with hearing loss, its clinically validated software makes auditory training engaging and effective. Popular lessons like Speech in Noise and Working Memory are complemented by unique features such as My Voices, which lets users practice with the voices of family and friends—powered by AI.

Expanding the brand identity

We partnered with Lace AI Pro to expand its identity for scale. The refreshed design language showcases new lesson types, dramatizes differentiators, and leans into a "show not tell" philosophy to build trust and excitement. Striking product imagery with dynamic captions told the story simply and memorably. Fresh avatar treatments gave Content and Familiar Voices greater presence, ensuring the product's most distinctive features stood out with clarity.

The Lace AI Pro training flow redesign streamlined the training workflow while increasing the discoverability of lesson types and valuable personalization features like My Voices and My Content. The new flow increased discoverability, clarity, and speed—making it easier for users to find, understand, and act. As important, the interaction pattern is both flexible and scalable, easily adjusting to different lesson and feature configurations, and currently being applied to a sister product, Tinnitus Pro.

Lace AI Pro web mode extends the proven mobile experience to desktop, ensuring seamless adoption while embracing the opportunities presented by larger screens. We introduced side sheets using Material 3's adaptive layout strategy, introduced onboarding cards to boost adoptions, and optimized key flows to create a familiar yet desktop-optimized experience.
